Thoughts on Offering Free Real Estate Special Reports ?

Thought I would ask the active rain group their thoughts and experiences with Free Special Reports

on their website and promotional material. Does the group think they are worth the effort and time

required to do them or do they hire a third party to do them for them? Either way I would love to hear about your experiences with them and your overall views on their effectiveness.
