No, I Won't Sell My Data Base!
I guess I wasn't born yesterday, because every morning I look in the mirror and see another wrinkle from working this real estate business for the past 30 years and realize my hair is slowing disappearing and my wrinkles are getting deeper, while my knowledge of real estate continues to grow.
Maybe, just maybe, one of these days, one of these online companies that keep calling me, wanting to have me give them complete access of my database so they can contact all my past clients. will actually work and I'll cave in and be gullable enough to actually believe in them.
In all the years that I have successfully listed and sold Springfield Missouri real estate, I've never had problems listing homes. I still don't. The only problem I have is that they don't stay on the market as long as they used to. Which means, I need to list more. Not happening in our market for any realtor.
So all you online marketing companies, I haven't developed Alzheimer's yet, so please go away and leave me alone!. I'm doing just fine on my own.
