JUNE 2017 Results
Paulding: 756 Active Listings, 448 homes under contract
Cobb: 2,114 listed, 1,208 homes under contract
Douglas: 561 listed, 302 homes under contract

Paulding Sales: 281 homes average $207,881 - 12% over 2016
Cobb Sales: 910 homes average $315,770 - 3% over 2016
Douglas Sales: 184 homes average $185,119 - 5% over 2016
