Hope everyone enjoyed their labor day weekend holiday. While enjoying yourself, remember to keep Texas, Florida and all those impacted by Irma and Harvey in your prayers for their safekeeping and recovery. Having been through a major hurricane I can attest as to how long it takes to recover.

Real estate was fairly active this week in condos with several new listings, escrows and sales. Even single family homes had activity. Here is your update:

Priced at $734,900, Villas on the Prince 12 sold previously for $660K in 2/17. Sealodge F2 is priced at $629K. The seller bought this unit in 7/01 for $268K. Plantation 121 is listed for $669K and sold for $605K in 3/15.

Cliffs 3206 came on the market priced at $369K showing as under contract, which is where you’ll also see it in the update. The sale before this was in 6/05 for $450K.

Contingent:

Puamana 21D is in escrow after 19 days priced at $408K. The prior sale was for $300K in 12/09. Emmalani Court 214, priced at $599K, last sold for $479K in 12/14. It is now in escrow.

Sales:

Alii Kai 11B had a list price of $439K and it sold for $430K. The sale before this was in 7/05 for $595K.

Nihilani 25B sold for the list price of $625K. The most recent sale prior to this one was in 12/06 from the developer for $776K.

Under Contract:

As noted under new listings, Cliffs 3206 came on the market showing as under contract.

Expired:

Cliffs 3301 was priced at $469K when it expired after 407 market days.

Price Changes:

Leasehold Pali Ke Kua 1 is now $132,700 down from $142,700. Puu Poa 102 reduced another $5K to $1.24M. The last sale was in 7/13 for $920K.

Back on the Market:

Priced at $1.950M, 3912 Namakeha Loop, which went into escrow on 6/20, is unfortunately back on the market. The home was purchased in 8/16 for $1.695M.

Contingent:

4194 Kekuanaoa Lane found a buyer while priced at $895K. The seller paid $125K in 4/84. After 131 market days, 4871 Akai Place is in escrow with a list price of $895K. The last sale was for $805K in 1/16.

Sales:

5362 Honoiki was listed for $1.350M and sold for $1.345M. The seller paid $400K in 12/97.

Price Changes:

4133 Rooke Place reduced from $1.120M to $1.099M. The seller paid $323K for the land for this home in 6/03 and built the home in 04.

3697 Albert has a new price of $1.160M, down from $1.170M. The last sale was in 12/04 for $1.065M.
