Ever been to Disneyland? (who hasn’t)
Remember the ride “Mr. Toad’s Wild Ride”?
I was randomly reading about the history of the ride on Wikipedia and it states it is a “dark” ride. Originally planned to be a roller coaster, it became a dark ride attraction because Walt Disney only wanted attractions that were appropriate for all ages.
So what the heck does this have to do with real estate?
Well, if you've been in real estate for any length of time, even if you're relatively new, you QUICKLY learn that it is quite a ROLLER COASTER.
Woohooo! I got a buyer…. Ugh they decided to use their Aunt Betty:-(
OMG I’m so excited I got a listing appointment!….. ugh they want me to reduce my fees:-(
Yeah! I have a closing tomorrow! Ugh a last minute condition came up that is going to delay it:-(
Yahoo! I closed a deal!!!!…. Um…uh oh nothing left in contract now what?

Well, first let’s address the problem…
INCONSISTENCY!
Yep I said it. If you are anything like me the biggest challenge I see is inconsistency.
We start a project and get distracted (SQUIRREL) and bounce from idea to idea to project to project, not sticking to any ONE THING.
It’s like Mr. Toad’s Wild Ride!
After years and years of feeling nauseous from that crazy ride, I finally created a system that helps me stay focused and on track and to accomplish any goal I set for myself.
