Whom are you calling older???? People keep asking when we plan to downsize... and I always remind them that I have downsized 12 years ago... from 6,000 sf to 3,300 sf. I have no intention of going smaller any time soon.

My mother lived in a 19 century coop building in NYC on the fourth floor without an elevator. She had great legs!
