Today I had to email Lenn Harley looking for a favor. Now one thing I know about Lenn, boy does she ever work and work hard. Probably different from many, I have had the chance to chat a few times and I am so mesmorized talking with her and today I learned a valuable lesson from her..she is without a doubt an impressive Broker.
I emailed her this morning and she responded back but not in the answer that I would expect but one that I truly got excited about and it made me just respect her even more.
See the bank she is working with has over $2,000,000 in grant money. 200 lucky buyers have a golden opportunity! Rather than partake in my shenanigins..
She opted to pass and blog about this great opportunity..not only blog but find buyers for this $10,000 grant for first time homebuyers! It was the way she ended the email that impressed me the most...her words were my agents need it! I was mesmized once again.
It got me thinking....
If you know of anyone interested relocating to Maryland or Virginia and they are a first time homebuyer, you might want to refer them to this lady! Spread the word and share your areas grant programs, you'd be surprised how I am looking up something online and someone from Activerain ends up on the first page of google for my real estate related search.
We need more of this, we need to let the buyer's know what a fantastic time it is to buy, that the government is giving away MONEY and its there for the taking. Thanks Lenn for the valuable lesson!
