Scott and Jen have lived in Charleston for over 4 years and have diligently kept an eye on homes for sale in areas they were considering on purchasing.

They then switched gears and became focused on James Island and eventually narrowed it between the Wexford Sound and Seaside Plantation neighborhoods.
Eventually they found a home in the Seaside Plantation subsection Stonebridge.
We were able to get them $5,000 in closing cost covered by the seller as well as a one year home warranty, all window furnishings including curtains, a smart TV above the fire place, new grill, stone fire pit, bar stools and all appliances!
