Starting back in mid October, we had a rental go vacant. Not that big of deal yet when the tenant vacated, the rental was in terrible shape. Below is a playlist of videos, starting the with the final video, of the rental rehab process.
The rehab took my dad and myself 5 months to do while we both worked full time. It was a lot of hard work and I'd probably hire a crew on the next rehab project. Lot of lessons learned with scheduling, planning, cost and over runs, and such.
Let me know your thoughts on how the project turned out; colors, cabinets & countertops, vanities, doors & mill work, flooring, appliances, lighting, fireplace, outlets, and crawlspace are what we did. There were some smaller miscellanous items but don't want to list them out.
