The spring marekt has arrived and it is hard for homes to stay on the market more than a few days. In fact sales have been hot since last year this time. Page Estates is a settled neighborhood located in the city limits near Rossview Schools. The neighorhood started 20 years ago. There are underground utilities in the subdivision. There is no HOA.

Page Estates is comprised of homes, some new and others over 20 years old. The older homes are on bigger lots with city sewer. Many of the homeowners have added upgrades to improve their homes. There are many different styles of homes from 2-story and ranch design homes, some with basements and even all brick homes. In fact, the lot sizes are larger than in some other neighborhoods in St. Bethlehem. The homes were built by Goad Construction.
The location has close proximity to the Interstate, the Industrial Park and St. Bethlehem amenities makes this an area worth checking out. Prices range from nearly $200,000 to around $350,000.
The public schools in the city and county are all in the Clarksville Montgomery County School System. Page Estates is adjacent to all the Rossview Schools on Rossview Rd. The schools are Rossview Elementary School, Rossview Middle and Rossview High School.
