Monthly Market Update - Riverside, CA

The market is in an exciting time.  Rates are still low and prices are on the rise.  I heard from a current buyer who said he spoke with another Realtor at a party about the market.  Apparently that Realtor advised him to wait to buy because the market's going to crash this year and prices are going to come down a lot.  Really?
