Our real estate practice is very "self contained" in that 20+ years ago when we designed and built our home...it was built with a home office in the exposed lower level of our "home home on the ranch." Daylight windows...closets...patio doors for a "breath of fresh air". Our lower level is finished and also includes a bathroom, bedroom, wet bar, fireplace/rec room and of course storage.  It made the most sense for us...working different hours...(I am the early riser, David the night owl...one of the reasons we are still married !) ...and the convenience of having everything steps away rather than having to go to an office. It is now much more common with the advancement of technology...and one of the many reasons our new brokerage makes the most sense...no need to pay for corporate overhead you don't use. When our updating is done...walk in closet added, new carpet and paint...we will debut it on AR....for now, use your imagination...it works !
