On August 16, 2018, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported that homes values declined 1.9% at an average price of $662,360 in July of 2018 from an average price of $675,000 in June of 2018, but higher 2.1% from $648,500 in July of 2017. While, homes sales increased 4.7% in July of 2018 from June of 2018, and jumped 9.4% from July of 2017, in Ventura County, California.
There were 4.9 months supplies of available inventory of single family homes in July of 2018, gained from 4.7 months in June of 2018, but down from 5.0 months in July of 2017. An average it took 43.0 days to sell a single family home in July 2018, rose from 40.0 days in June of 2018, and lower from 43.5 days in July of 2017, in Ventura County, California.
