1. Make your exterior sparkle with a pressure wash,
2. Max out your use of mulch and drought-tolerant plants,
3. Lure in buyers with fresh honeysuckle,
4. Add symmetrical planters,
5. Freshen up your front doo,
6. Roll out the welcome mat (literally),

Those are some simple things anyone can do and the whole list is pretty new to me John Pusa . Of course living in a land where it's winter half the year or more several don't apply half the time .
