Texas Rural Property

Buyers have been moving to rural properties to get away from the hustle, bustle and noise of big city living.

This is a re-blog of one of my favorite North Texas Auctioneers Myers Jackson from the TV show "Texas Flip & Move".

North Texas Rural Property a good place to call home.

North Texas rural property has much to offer those in search of quiet peacefulness.

Rural living near Gainesville, TX means receiving all of the benefits of life away from the hustle and bustle of the city.  However close enough to go grab that loaf of bread.

First of all, the benefits of North Texas rural property living near Gainesville are numerous.  Early morning sunrises and dusk sunsets are more easily visible without the obstruction of city buildings.  The surroundings are still and quiet.  Except for the song of the various birds in the trees.  Perhaps the occasional owl.  Do you know the different species of birds and their distinct sounds?

Next are the fragrances of nature when involved with North Texas rural property.  Beginning with the flowers that decorate the landscape during the spring.  To those hillsides after the rain.  Even the smell of fresh picked tomatoes from the garden.  As a matter of fact, rural living means growing your own produce.  Hatching and raising chickens.  There is another amazing smell!  Bacon and eggs on the breakfast table.

Indeed, gone are the sounds of the interstate while enjoying North Texas rural property living near Gainesville, TX.  Open the windows during the fall and listen to the calming sounds of nature.  Catch a glimpse of a passing deer.  Witness just how fast a road runner really is from the front porch.

In fact, rural living near Gainesville means bringing the horses with you.  Property throughout the outskirts of Gainesville is welcoming to horses.  Take Myra, TX for instance.  There is plenty of grass and hay for them to graze upon and space to run and play on North Texas rural property.  Enjoy a leisurely horse ride through the pasture on a crisp fall evening.  Rural cities in North Texas such as Myra offer plenty of pasture space for your equine to enjoy the Lone Star State.

Therefore, when searching for rural property in North Texas, look no further than the town of Myra.  Load up the moving truck and the horse trailer.  Your family and your horses will definitely thank you.

Hi Bob... I enjoyed reading this and I can see why this lifestyle would be seductive to many people... but this city girl will stick with the hustle and bustle of city life!

OMG! I watch way too much TV.... love the Stone Sisters, Randy and Casey..... they use to flip these homes under $50k but since they have become famous buyers flock and pay higher values.

Thanks for the re-blog, Bob.  I don't know how I would make it living in a rural Texas area.  But, I would love to give it a try.
