They are open Tuesday through Saturday from 7am to 4pm and Sundays from 7am to 1pm.

They offer a variety of specialty coffee drinks such as lattes, espresso and so on, but they also offer cortados, cold brew and nitro cold brew. Doxa also offers specialty milks, including delicious oat milk, to pair with their coffee and espresso.
Uppercrust French bakery in Gainesville is providing them with select pastries and croissants. Doxa offers local raw honey from Gaskin Apiaries and occasionally offers other local goods, such as L.E.J. Pretzel Co.
The interior is very hipster industrial with high ceilings, iron railings, a loft with seating and a minimalistic clean aesthetic.
