Did you know that One Stop Shopping can apply to your search for a new home?

As published in the June 2008 issue of REALTOR Magazine, Home buyers say that convenience is what they want when looking for a new home. Many home buyers do not know that some real estate brokers not only have Agents ready and willing to help them in their search for a new home, the also may have Mortgage, Home Warranty and Title companies on site as well.

Well that holds true for myself and the agents that work with the Watson Realty Oakleaf office. For a few years now we have been helping local Oakleaf Plantation buyers with the “One Stop Shop” way to buy a home. At our office we not only have the best REALTORS in the area, we also have available to our customers Mortgages, Home Warranties, and we can even have our closings with the title company right in our office.

The article also stated that “more than 70% of the people surveyed said the attraction of the one stop shopping is the chance to close the transaction more quickly and conveniently, at less cost and and with the fewer missteps, than if all the services had to be cobbled together by the sales associate or someone else.” I must say I can attest to that statement being true.

The survey also suggests that home buyers who have used one stop shopping have a higher rate of satisfaction with their transaction experience, an 8.3 on the scale of 1 to 10, than those who have not. Their satisfaction rate is 7.6.

The survey was based on online responses from 1,446 households who have either bought their home in the last 2 years or plan to buy in the next 2 years.

If you would like the one stop shopping experience, please feel free to give me a call at 904-562-9345 or email me at mike@MrOakleaf.com. I would love to make your next home buying experience an enjoyable one.
