The report shows the Orange County Median Prices for resale homes were down 1.0 percent, new homes are up 19.9 percent and resale condos are down 0.1 percent. The sales volume is down for resale homes 17.4 percent, down 12.7 percent on condos and down 33.8 percent for new homes.
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92691 sales prices are up 11.2 percent and the sales volume is down 33.3 percent.
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92692 sales prices are down 3.0 percent and the sales volume is down 15.6 percent.
Aliso Viejo Zip Code 92656 sales prices are down 11.2 and the sales volume is up 0.0 percent
Laguna Niguel Zip Code 92677 sales prices down 2.9 percent and the sales volume is down 31.9 percent.
Rancho Santa Margarita Zip Code 92688 sales prices are down 4.4 percent and the sales volume down 22.4 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92672 sales prices are up 3.9 percent and the sales volume is up 10.0 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92673 sales prices are down 21.1 percent and the sales volume is down 11.4 percent.
