The rain did not stop home sales in Oswego in May! Despite the seemingly constant rain, buyers were out buying homes this spring with 66 closed transactions in May 2019. A bit of an uptick from 2018's sales of 63. This is great news for sellers since sales had been lagging behind in the last few months.
Current inventory levels show that sellers are optimistic with 22 new home listings currently, only 1 reactivated listing, and 23 price changes. We have and additional 113 active listings We have 132 homes under contract already that should be closing in the next 30-45 days! Plus 3 listings are already in pending status and will be closing in the next few days!
