Mid Week Update 6/1/2019 - 6/4/2019

I wanted to provide a mid week update for South Riding. There are currently 24 homes for sale. 2 homes new to the market; 1 traditional sale town homes & 1 traditional sale detached homes.   6 homes which went active under contract or pending; 2 traditional sale condos, 3 traditional sale town homes & 1 traditional sale detached homes. 3 homes closed; 1 traditional sale town homes & 2 traditional sale detached homes. There are 2 homes coming soon.  I will provide a more details in next week's Weekly Update.
