La Habra Heights, CA
Why Do People Live here?
La Habra Heights is a beautiful neighborhood of single family homes that is conveniently located between La Habra, Whittier and Hacienda Heights. It's far enough from the main hustle and bustle of the city that residents don't feel like the urban center of Southern California is knocking on their door. Land promoters at its founding called it the "Second Beverly Hills" of the Southern California. You can drive to Uptown Whittier, Central La Habra, Hacienda Heights or Brea Mall in 10 minutes, or downtown Los Angeles in 45 minutes. There is just about every kind of conceivable shopping within a short driving distance.
Some people choose to move to La Labra Heights for the views, where you can see all the way to the beach, and on a clear day Catalina Island. Some La Habra Heights home owners move to "The Heights" so they can raise animals. And just about everyone who lives in La Habra Heights enjoys the quiet, peace and solitude that only a rural setting can provide.
