This weeks report on home values for Mission Viejo and surrounding areas homes is prepared by a Mission Viejo Realtor Tim Lorenz. The report shows the Orange County Median Prices for resale homes were down 0.9 percent, new homes are up 2.0 percent and resale condos are down 4.6 percent. The sales volume is down for resale homes 3.9 percent, down 4.0 percent on condos and down 30.5 percent for new homes.
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92691 sales prices are up 5.3 percent and the sales volume is up 12.3 percent.
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92692 sales prices are down 12.9 percent and the sales volume is down 5.3 percent.
Aliso Viejo Zip Code 92656 sales prices are down 0.9 and the sales volume is down 1.2 percent
Laguna Niguel Zip Code 92677 sales prices down 1.0 percent and the sales volume is down 3.5 percent.
Rancho Santa Margarita Zip Code 92688 sales prices are up 3.0 percent and the sales volume down 14.9 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92672 sales prices are down 33.5 percent and the sales volume is up 56.4 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92673 sales prices are down 2.1 percent and the sales volume is up 16.9 percent.
We are still in a very active market some up some down. It is as if the people cannot decide what to do.
