I think many of us suffer much the same ... we're way too hard on ourselves, Sheila Anderson.  Glad you stopped and "treated" yourself, even if in some small way ...

Well Sheila that surprises me that you're not as positive as I see you!  Once you give up the idea that you're going to get it all done - that's freedom.  Simply enjoy whatever you're doing right now and then on to the next.  I learned this years ago as in real estate, as you know, one never is done. Always more to accomlish in good time.

I have had periods in my life that were exceptionally busy and stressful.  I found it helpful to pick a future date on the calendar for just myself, with absolutely no other activities.  

Well, I know I'm late to this party but, just posting this is exactly what I was going to say - a major step in positivity, Sheila!

You and Ray are much alike - keeping away from the negative puts you in a balanced state. He will lean to that glass half empty long before I even recognize that my half-full glass may be down a notch or two! LOL

You two would adore each other! He knows about you - and our planned trip too!
