Hi Robert,  Thanks for the post.  Great reminder of what might happen, if we sit back and take it easy for too long.  Then  you have to spend extra time getting rid of the weeds, before you can do what you originally set out to do.

Bob Crane - isn't that the truth!  I have recruiters call me all the time and my typical response is "I have been in the business long enough to know that the grass isn't greener on the other side of the fence, and if mine is not green, I just have to water it..."
