I wanted to provide a mid week update for Stone Ridge. There are currently 5 homes for sale. 0 homes new to the market.  3 homes which went active under contract, 2 traditional sale town homes & 1 traditional sale detached homes. 1 homes closed; 1 traditional sale town homes. There are 1 homes coming soon.  I will provide a more details in next week's Weekly Update.
