I am working with Dana and Ed in the purchase of a home. We are submitting an offer for the attached property. The listing price is $250,000. They have told me they are qualified to do a 3.5% FHA and in her name. Can you send me a pre-qualification letter the first opportunity you get.
I also want to mention to you that I have been working with them a couple of months, but at the time sent them to my “go to” lender who was not able to assist them. They explained to me that you had no issue doing a mortgage for them, but it had to be in Dana’s name only, which was brilliant. Originally, they wanted to do it jointly, which was apparently a real problem.
I am planning an open house over the weekend and if you don’t mind, I will share your name with potential buyers. Please send me some business cards.

These folks were referred to me by his co-worker, after speaking with them and reviewing credit it was obvious that he could not be part of the mortgage because of his current credit situation, but it would be easy to do a mortgage in Dana’s name only. They were a bit shocked, but immediately understood and I put together the pre-qualification letter.
