I wanted to provide a mid week update for South Riding. There are currently 3 homes for sale. 0 homes new to the market.  2 homes which went active under contract or pending; 1 traditional condos and 1 traditional detached homes.  0 homes closed. There are 4 homes coming soon.  I will provide a more details in next week's Weekly Update.
