  • No G.F.C.I. (Ground Fault Circuit Interrupters) in required areas thru-out the home, depending on age of house.
  • Anti-siphoning devices(air gas / back-flow) missing,disconnected, and / or by-passed to dishwashers.
  • No anti-tipping devices installed to ranges.
  • Anti-siphoning device missing to exterior hose bib's.
  • Roof exhaust vents missing caps or damaged and not to proper height.
  • Minor leaks around drains line and plumbing fixtures.
  • Rust on roof jacks and stands of evaporative coolers.
  • Corrosion and signs of intermittent leaks at isolation valve and /or plumbing connections on top of hot water heaters.
  • T&P (temperature and pressure) relief valve exhaust line on hot water heater incorrectly installed, running upward, terminating improperly.
