Matt - Do you have numbers that track which of the many marketing avenues you list are the most successful in terms of finding a buyer for a listing?

Currently I do not have a system to link an advertising venue to a closed sale, due to the difficulty presented in interviewing the Buyer agent client. People see the homes for sale, call about them, e-mail for information, tour them and often buy them. My system seems to be effective for exposing the property to a wide audience in a variety of ways.
