Andersen Springs Greenbelt Info

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with Property Cupid, LLC

This Information is from Rossmar and Graham the Andersen Springs HOA.

You may have noticed our greenbelt grass is turning brown in some areas. This is due to four main line breaks last week, one right after another. Unfortunately, the pump house had to be turned off while the breaks were repaired and the grass has suffered. To compound this issue, the irrigation pump is having some mechanical malfunctions as well. The company that maintains the pump has been troubleshooting this and the irrigation water is back up and running. We are not sure why the pumps are malfunctioning and a specialist is visiting tomorrow to determine what the problem was. Hopefully the watering will continue through the night as scheduled.

The greenbelt north of Ray was watered six times today because it has been stressed the most. The landscape company will not mow this area tomorrow, but may mow on Thursday. The greenbelt areas south of Ray were watered several times today as well. The landscape company will continue to water as much as possible so please be aware of this when you are enjoying the pathways in the greenbelt.
