Home Price Index Report January 2020

On March 3, 2020, Molly Boesel of CoreLogic reported that nationwide home prices including distressed sales up 0.2% in January of 2020 from December of 2019, and increased 4.0% from January of 2019; while predicted to rise 5.4% to January of 2021. The lowest price tier homes were highest with 5.7% gain in January 2020 from January 2019.

This is an indication that real estate values slowly increasing perhaps stabilizing.
