Effective April 1st.....I joined the Team of the Christian Swann Group at Keller Williams Realty Atlanta Partners. This is not only a move to expand our range of services, but to also address some of the real estate needs of our existing commercial real estate clients. The Christian Swann Group has been a company leading residential and luxury home selliing team, and now will add both additional residential coverage to the Metro Atlanta area as well as commercial expertise from multi-family to mobile home parks, hotels, and gas stations (with real estate).
Being a resident of Sun City Peachtree in Griffin, GA (which is just south of the Airport), I will also feature the listed homes in Sun City Peachtree. This is a very typical up-scale Del Webb (formerly) Pulte Homes community and is about 1/3 built out, and the current prices are great...both for purchase as your next home but as an investment. The location is perfect with good access to the Atlanta Metro area, Macon, and both SE Georgia and Florida via nearby Interstates 75 and 85.
