During the 13 days of K1 Konnect Motivational sessions, one of the topics were

"Pick your Battle."

All battles are not worth fighting. If you are one of those persons who wants to fight

every battle, then this is a must listen to.

Every battle is not worth fighting because it drains you and

gives you negative energy.

Three topics:

Number one topic: For 13 days, this was a daily question.

What's your mindset level on a scale from 1 to 10? Ask yourself that question.

Number two topic: Pick your battles

1) It's not your battle

2) Is the battle worth fighting

3) Agree to disagree

4) Understand the battle is not personal

5) Take the high road

6) Stand your ground

7) Don't fight a battle with an assumption

8) Have an exit strategy

Now sometimes it could be in us and if you have mastered not letting your battles drain you then you are good. 😆 I believe you are good in dealing with them.
