South Riding Mid Week Update 5/23/2020 - 5/27/2020

I wanted to provide a mid week update for South Riding. There are currently 7 homes for sale.  0 homes new to the market.  5 homes which went active under contract or pending; 2 traditional town homes & 3 traditional detached homes.   0 homes closed.  There are 7 homes coming soon.  I will provide a more details in next week's Weekly Update.
