My dad always used to say we all need to meet in the middle. He was a very opinionated man but he was strong in his beliefs, which was passed on to me. Hence, I can say that we all need to be open to others beliefs, to listen and to learn, to take care of family and friends and believe that if we do what we think might be the right thing, that it may not be the right thing and we might need to change our opinions and deeds later in this life.

Owning a home comes with all kinds of perks. Like getting a loan to help with upgrades and improvements — at a far lower rate than with a credit card.
