Our listing has a sliding door and verticle binds, oh os 1990s.

 

Replacing the doors with French doors and interior mini-blinds, child and animal proof.  Also removing the verticle blinds. 

 

  

 

Question is: do we raise the price of the home?

Base your price on the market in the neighborhood. Needed improvements do not always justify a price increase.
