It's my understanding, in Colorado smoking meth in a home is enough to have it deemed a "lab" by a qualified Industrial Hygienist.

Clean-up is required to state's detection levels, as deemed by qualified Industrial Hygienist.

Once clean-up levels are reached and approved per qualified Industrial Hygenist, then disclosure is no longer required as home is deemed "clean."

Some of us home inspectors will offer meth test screening of homes for some added peace of mind for buyers.   However, in Colorado if there is even some suspicion then a qualified Industrial Hygienist.

Good luck.
