California Single Family Homes Sales & Values Report  June 2021

On July 16, 2021, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported the single family homes values up 0.2% to the price of $819,630 in June of 2021 from price of $818,260 in May of 2021, and rose 30.9% from price of $626,170 in June of 2020 in California.

There were 436,020 single family homes sold in California in June of 2021 declined 2.2% from 455,660 in May of 2021, but jumped 28.3% from 339,910 home sales in June of 2020.

The average price for a square foot was $391.00 in June of 2021 increased from $293.00 in June of 2010 in California.

There were 1.7 months supplies of available inventory of single family homes in June of 2021, lower from 1.8 months in May of 2021, and dropped from 3.4 months in June of 2020. 

An average it took 8.0 days to sell a single family home in June 2021, higher from 7.0 days in May of 2021, and decreased from 19.0 days in June of 2020 in California.
