Here is the most recent Tempe AZ Real Estate Housing Market Report for April 2022:
 
The average sales price of Tempe homes increased for the fifth straight month, moving from $577,248 in March to $604,168 in April. This is almost a $30,000 increase in one month, giving the average sales price of Tempe homes a new all-time high.

After remaining the same in February and March, at $303/sf, the average sold price per square foot of Tempe homes increased in April to $325/sf. This is a new all-time high for the average sold price per square foot in Tempe, Arizona.
 
After increasing to 40 days on market in March, Tempe days on market decreased in April down to 23. This is the lowest days on market in April since before 2018 and shows that homes in Tempe are still selling faster than normal.

Thank you Mark Don McInnes, Sandpoint-Idaho. Yes the housing market has been skyrocketing over the last two years, and you would imagine that things cannot continue like they have. Rising interest rates will surely have an impact on DOM, but demand is still outpacing supply by a lot in our area.
