I came across these guys on their annoying YouTube ads where Tom and his son Tim tell you just how valuable trading skills are to reach financial success.
I decided to signup for their free webinar to learn more about them.
I then was able to check out their course as a real student!
Here is what I found....
Who Is Stock Navigators?
Stock Navigators was founded by Tom Luong and his son Tim. They seem like very honest and legitimate traders.
Tom has an amazing story of fleeing from Vietnam to the USA without any money and not even being able to speak English!
This guy is hardcore. He was able to go from nothing to a successful design engineer in silicon valley and save several million dollars!
This takes a lot of work and ambition and is truly impressive. I really like his success story and he seems very honest and legit.
Tom's son (Tim) also seems to be a successful stock trader.
Tom discusses how he came from nothing, made a million dollars working as a design engineer in silicon valley then lost it all in the stock market.
He had hired an investment manager to invest for him but unfortunately it was during the .com crash.
He decided to take charge of his own money and started learning how to trade. He spent $100,000 on courses etc. and took years to finally become a profitable trader.
Now he is teaching what he learned in his Expert Trader program. It costs a whopping $5,400.
Stock Navigators Expert Trader Program
In Stock Navigators Expert Trader program they teach everything you need to know about becoming a successful stock trader - with a strong focus on technical analysis.
The course starts out with some videos about motivation and inspiration from Tim and Tom. Tim is Toms son and he presents much of the course.
Stock Navigators Expert Trader program takes many weeks to complete. You can start as a total beginner. It is a video course and is quite well presented.
They launch you into setting up from the very start. Introducing you to how you should setup your charts and which indicators they have found to be the most profitable.
You will learn all the basics with a focus on Dow Theory and Elliot Wave Theory. They show you how they have been able to make consistent income from day trading, swing trading and investing.

I like it and the company seems legit but I have a hard time with the price: $5k+ is difficult to justify compared to competitors in my opinion.
However, if you want to learn from some experienced traders you might find Stock Navigators to be useful. I know Toms story is inspiring and he has been trading for twenty years.
