On January 18, 2023, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported the homes values declined 4.9% to the price of $818,000 in December of 2022 from price of $860,000 in November of 2022, and lower 3.8% from price of $850,000 in December of 2021 in Ventura County, California. While, homes sales gained 3.0% in December of 2022 from November of 2022, but fell 47.1% from in in December of 2021 in Ventura County, California.
There were 2.3 months supplies of available inventory of homes in December of 2022, down from 3.0 months in November of 2022, but jumped from 1.1 months in December of 2021 in Ventura County, California.
An average it took 39.0 days to sell home in December 2022, higher from 30.0 days in November of 2022, and rose from 22.0 days in December of 2021 in Ventura County, California.
