On April 18, 2023, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported homes values were higher 2.9% to the price of $612,000 in March of 2023 from price of $595,000 in February of 2023, but declined 1.3% from price of $620,000 in March of 2022 in Riverside County, California. While, home sales jumped 35.8% in March of 2023 from February of 2023, but fell 37.6% from in in March of 2022 in Riverside County, California.
There were 2.6 months supplies of available inventory of homes in March of 2023, lower from 3.6 months in February of 2023, but rose from 1.5 months in March of 2022 in Riverside County, California.
An average it took 32.0 days to sell a home in March 2023, down from 45.5 days in February of 2023, but jumped from 17.0 days in March of 2022 in Riverside County, California.
