It is hard to believe that time off seems to require time to recover. Have you ever noticed that when you take time off you seem to be more tired even though you took time to relax or at least not work? Who can give a reason? I can't figure out why it takes at least a day or two to recover from a long weekend or time off? Who has the answer?

I'm convinced the change in activites contributes to the required "recovery" time. When I go on a long weekend, or a vacation, I will sometimes feel the need to "recover.
