Doom & Gloom? Not here in Beaumont-where a report on CNN from the National Association of Realtors shows that housing prices grew at double-digit rates over the past year. What does this mean? Our market is steady, stable, and growing. Most of the national media is portraying the real estate market as ‘doom & gloom' which is true in some areas of our country. However, it varies from market to market, but in Jefferson County, things are moving at a faster pace. I just wanted to share some ‘positive' news instead of the negative.
