Several agents have complained that it sucks that in MN Listingbook does not have a search category for duplexes. I have been using it for awhile and I can safely say, aside from that, the search is adequate. My clients, both buyers and sellers, are having a lot of fun with it, and using it regularly. It keeps the agent at the center of the transaction, offers clients the information they need, a place to keep up to date on the market and a way to make sense of it all.
To describe it in a few words is tough because it does so much, but it has been described as being like an MLS on steroids. You should check it out. Invite a client to use it. The free version may be all you need to get started, but for less than 10 bucks a month, you get a customized, full featured website, IDX with map search.

Agents, if you think Listingbook sucks, maybe you haven't tried it, or you are using it for a purpose it wasn't intended for. I will continue to use it, although I wish Listingbook would add a search for duplexes.
