Though Some Agents Think Listingbook Falls Short, I believe It Works Well

ListingBook Signup Minnesota

Several agents have complained that it sucks that in MN Listingbook does not have a search category for duplexes.  I have been using it for awhile and I can safely say, aside from that, the search is adequate. My clients, both buyers and sellers, are having a lot of fun with it, and using it regularly. It keeps the agent at the center of the transaction, offers clients the information they need, a place to keep up to date on the market and a way to make sense of it all.

To describe it in a few words is tough because it does so much, but it has been described as being like an MLS on steroids. You should check it out. Invite a client to use it.  The free version may be all you need to get started, but for less than 10 bucks a month, you get a customized, full featured website, IDX with map search.

"It is the RMLS of Minnesota's practice and policy to provide our customers with the best available information resources and tools to increase their value to their customers and to help them be more efficient and productive. Listingbook should be a great asset in helping agents communicate more effectively with their clients whether buying or selling property."

- John Mosey, President of RMLS of Minnesota

Agents, if you think Listingbook sucks, maybe you haven't tried it, or you are using it for a purpose it wasn't intended for. I will continue to use it, although I wish Listingbook would add a search for duplexes.

I've seen this LISTING BOOK logo on AR a couple of times and it looks so much like the Millionaire Real Estate Agent (by Gary Keller) and AGENT MOUNTAIN that Keller Williams offers...I know they are not related, but they sure do look a lot alike!

I'll have to check out that Listingbook though!

To me listingbook is just a crap, data mining software and yes it thrives on your customers information.  Phone number's e-mails, etc....

Guess what?  We have no way to cancel the account once that account is open and if you upload a bunch of contacts it makes it very tedious to delete them allowing you to delete 1 at a time by clicking on multiple screen popups and ironically once you delete a few of them it gives you a screen were you could check all the deleted contacts and then just undelete them all at one.

I don't think our board should have allowed some of our mls data be handled by this company.

Beware to all of you Realtors out there!!!  ListingBook has a dark side!!!
