Pasos Olive Festival is almost here whats your recipe?

I thought I would share an easy dinner made with of course, Olive oil. I used cheese tortellini. I boiled them until just done. In the mean time I heated turkey meat balls in the micro-wave. I opened a jar of pesto sauce with yes, olive oil and fresh basil, its available at Cost Co. I tossed it in the cheese tortellini. Have some fresh french bread and a bag of salad. I bet from start to finish it was 20 minutes. Now I won't be entering in the cooking contest but I do plan on attending The Olive Festival on August 23rd from 11-4 in the City Park.  www.pasoroblesolivefestival.com
