The numbers of homes that have sold in Prince William County have more than doubled from May to July.

Homes are priced better than they have been in 4 years or more, and interest rates are still great. I am not going to lie to you and tell you that it is as easy to get a loan as it was 4 or 5 years ago, but it is not impossible. Investing in your future really is worth working on getting your credit ratings up and sometimes that can be done in just several months.
How? Paying off some credit cards, using more cash than credit, and paying your bills on time will help to increase your credit scores before you know it. I know some people will think "I am so far in debt that I will be 40 or 50 by the time it is making a difference."

SELLERS ARE REALLY GETTING IT.... THE BEST WAY TO SELL YOUR HOUSE FAST IS TO PRICE IT, NOT JUST WELL, BUT AGGRESSIVELY. When you are priced aggressively buyers are rushing in to get the deal and sellers are looking at their pick of the litter because of it. A Home going for more than list price is not uncommon today. That is GREAT news for Sellers!
