I just read an article by Denise Lones on Yahoo RE News. One of the points of the article was to "shorten your database." It pointed out that it's far better to have a list of 100 business people who have been recently promoted to managerial positions than a list of 1000 homeowners. In the Wichita real estate market, that could be valuable advice. There are often unnoticed ways to make the numbers work in your favor in any business. It's no less true when selling Wichita homes. The article goes on to cite successful business processes like the one Ray Kroc purchased when he bought a little something from the McDonald brothers. Maybe that isn't so obvious when you're marketing a single home in the Andover real estate market but it makes sense to apply to your overall business.
