well fall is approaching and the leaves just off Topsail Iland are falling. Seems a little early in a warm climate but are covering the landscape with the sounds of spring and summer. Great time to sit back and enjoy a glass of red wine and relax.
In NC there are a few changes in the commission but not alot, although they keep repeating from year to year on license renewal guidelines, sometimes it seems they some JUST dont get it, but it is so simple and only takes common sense. As you can tell i attended the update and cannot believe the number of people that let their license expire.
So to those people sit back relax and have a glass of red. It will allow for the not so sure, but get a break, from the hustle and bustle of making a dollar, and maybe understand it happens each year.
