The world title race for this year WCT Pro Surfing Tour Title has to wait till Spain. Kelly Slater was not allowed a win in the final in France. Adrian Bucham held off Kelly Slater in the finals to a second place finish. Kelly has won five events this year which is crazy. A second place finish prolongs Kelly from being crowned world champ for the ninth time. Spain he just needs to get pass wound three nand we will clich the title.
